Grand and fierce, primitive and powerful. This blend is the fruit of long research. We designed it for lovers of full-bodied coffee, bringing body via a rare robusta, from a selective picking, and aromatic complexity thanks to a specialty Arabica. To offer you a powerful coffee without a burnt note, while respecting the work of the producers, here is the challenge to which we respond with this coffee. It reminds us of J. Conrad's novel: “In the heart of darkness”. The strength of this coffee will be transmitted to you in the depths of your being thanks to its high caffeine content. It will make your heart beat to the hectic rhythm of the drums that animate the wildest regions of the distant jungles. The mountain of fire is the crucible of new ways of processing coffee. This is where the anaerobic fermentation is developed and controlled, which brings fabulous aromatic complexity to the coffee. This is where Fernando Cordero transmutes a micro batch from his family farm into a fabulous coffee.
