A delicate, floral coffee with notes of roasted hazelnuts and peach. In Guatemala, nature is generous, powerful like its active volcanoes, luxuriant like its tropical forests which for a thousand years covered the vestiges of the Mayan civilization. On this fantastic land, a group of 30 producers cultivate coffee under shade between 1300 and 1800 meters. The plots of 1 to 2 ha are planted with Caturra, Bourbon, Catuai. The 30 partners, half of whom are women, have made gender equality a central focus of their organization. From this fusion between the forces of nature and human intelligence was born a coffee of exquisite smoothness with floral notes and the sweetness of peach.
