Nueva Andina - Colombia

Caturra anaerobic washed coffee from Huila, Colombia. The high elevation at the farm and the fermentation process applied create the ideal conditions for the production of an incredible coffee like this one. A juicy full-bodied coffee that has a refreshing balance of sweetness and acidity. Its flavour is reminiscent of green apple with a slight walnut note on the end. It has a strong aroma of dried fruits such as prunes.
