JUST - Brazil

A round and balanced specialty coffee from Brazil, Denomination of Origin (DO) Cerrado Mineiro. A fair coffee that turns out just as well on an automatic grinder machine, as in a filter or Italian coffee maker. A coffee produced using a natural process: without the use of water post-harvest. The Cerrado Mineiro region is the only region in Brazil to have a Denomination of Origin. This label defends the particularities of a terroir, the unique combination of climate, soil, altitude and know-how. It rewards a coffee with unique characteristics, produced between 800 and 1300 meters by producers organized into a federation to guarantee traceability. Our JUSTE coffee is a Nature coffee: the cherries dry naturally in the sun, no post-harvest water is used. Body, notes of chocolate and grilled chestnuts, a nice length in the mouth.
