As we like to work with peppers, we thought that one of the most obvious marriages would be with salt. Bodda Bope is therefore a Gose with fleur de sel from Ile de Ré, mixed with pink peppercorns and Tellichery black pepper. The pink peppercorn and Tellicherry black pepper duo brings a beautiful fruity aroma that goes well with the light salinity brought by the fleur de sel.
