Cuban Sancho - Mango Season, Sancho Pepper - 44cl

French beer, brewed in Cognac (16) Season - Mango, Sancho pepper. Available in a 44cl can. 5% Alc./Vol. What do you want to drink when the good weather returns? For us it's a good little dry and refreshing season. On a mix of barley and wheat, we fermented this beer with traditional seasonal yeast, for its peppery and farmy notes so typical of the style. To this, we have subtly added a small amount of mango and Sancho pepper (lemon pepper) to accentuate the freshness of this beer.
