London Calling - NEIPA - 44cl

French beer brewed in Cognac (16) NEIPA - 6% Alc./Vol. Available in a 44cl can. For this NEIPA we did a collaboration with White Labs, one of the leaders in the development of brewing yeast! For the launch of the dry version of their iconic strain at NEIPA London Fog, we worked with the White Labs teams to really bring out the maximum hops. The result, a New England IPA full of finesse with a slightly veiled silky robe and light texture. On the aromatic side, the Mosaic El Dorado duo combined with the yeast offers an explosive bouquet, with notes of stone fruits and pineapple to finish with light scents of cannabis.
