French beer brewed in Cognac (16) Kveik Pale Ale - 5.1%Alc./Vol. You may be starting to notice it, but at Jukebox we love Pale Ale. This style is believed to be the perfect medium for hop expression, the "sweet spot" as the English say! For Make my Day, we chose a mix of very aromatic hops, especially citrus. So without hesitation, we chose to ferment this batch with the Norwegian yeast Kveik Hornindal which naturally produces fruity esters and offers a superb platform for the expression of hops.
