Under the Sun is our darkest and deepest trip. A barrel-aged Imperial Stout born under the valuable advice of our neighbors at the Navarre cooperage. Together we found 8 barrels straight from the US. They saw bourbon and maple syrup pass through, before letting our very dark stout sleep there for almost a year. On the menu: a beer with uncompromising character, where toasted notes blend with the sweetness and typical characteristics of bourbon, ending with a balanced finish.
