
Our canned fruit kefirs are naturally sparkling and sugar-free drinks. Our unpasteurized and unfiltered fruit kefirs have the benefits of traditional kefir in ambient storage and in portable format. They are part of the renaissance of healthy and natural drinks, as an alternative to sodas and fruit juices. -Zero sugars - Source of microorganisms Thanks to an ancestral refermentation technique, our drinks are naturally sparkling, sugar-free and rich in micro-organisms. We produce them by hand in Alsace using 100% organic ingredients. A natural lemonade as an alternative to kombucha and non-alcoholic beer. Our 3 varieties: - Lemon Verbena - Ginger Citrus - Red fruits Our recipes are made without coloring or flavorings. Our kefirs are not pasteurized so that they retain all their benefits. Fruit kefir is a fermented drink made from kefir grains, water and sugar, while kombucha is a sweetened tea infusion fermented with a symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast (SCOBY).
