Keush Origins "Champagne method"

Keush Origins is a delicious sparkling wine produced using the traditional method. It comes from the blend of two indigenous grape varieties from Armenia, Khatouni (40%) and Voskehat (60%), harvested manually in the region of Vayots Dzor. The perfect alliance of the limestone and volcanic soils of this altitude terroir, offers an idyllic setting for the grapes to express their characters. About 1750 meters above sea level, on Armenia's southwestern border, lies Khachik, a rural community of just over a thousand villagers, home to scenic mountain scenery and the most raised in the northern hemisphere to produce the traditional method. Origins represents the perfect alliance of limestone soils and volcanic rocks offering perfect crisp white grapes, ripened by the sunlight of high altitude vineyards. A product born from a winemaking history dating back more than 6,000 years, Origins embodies the audacity of the Armenian soul and its love for wine.
