The white wine from the Old Bridge estate is made exclusively from the "Voskehat" grape variety, which means "golden berry" in Armenian. It offers exceptional freshness, high acidity and a wealth of aromas and flavors of quince, plum, wildflowers and honey. OLD BRIDGE vineyards were planted in 1998 on the picturesque hills of the Arpa valley (Vayots Dzor region) at 1100-1250 meters above sea level on exceptional soil with a combination of sand, silt and of clay. This exceptional terroir with a remarkable abundance of light and sunshine gives a long growing season which gives the grapes a unique taste and richness. After manual harvesting and manual destemming, the grapes underwent a carefully controlled fermentation, resulting in a masterful preservation of exceptional freshness, high acidity and a richness of aromas and flavors of quince, plum, wildflowers and honey.
