THE BLEU OOLONG, organic blue tea is grown in China and semi-fermented, Oolong therefore has a degree of oxidation between green tea and black tea. 
Asian blue oolong tea has a powerful and harsh aroma.
 INGREDIENTS: blue tea from and certified organic farming.
 PREPARATION ADVICE: Infuse 2 teaspoons per cup in water at 90°C for 6 minutes. 
Best consumed in the afternoon.
 CULTURE: Oolong tea is obtained by withering the leaves in the sun just after harvesting, they are then brewed in a bamboo basket, rolled into baskets and rested.
