Immediately after wilting, the still damp leaves are briefly heated in milk steam, which has the effect of preserving the pretty colour of its leaves and giving it a subtly creamy taste. These are then rolled manually and meticulously. A yellow-olive green cup with a naturally sweet and gourmet aroma.
