 INGREDIENTS: 100% black tea from and certified organic farming.   PREPARATION ADVICE: Infuse 2 teaspoons per cup in water at 90°C for 3 to 4 minutes. 
Drink with breakfast, goes perfectly with a splash of milk or throughout the day.
