For many people, coffee is "just coffee", but nothing could be further from the truth! Beans from the supermarket are often roasted very dark with a view to a longer shelf life. This ensures that the coffee becomes very bitter and the own taste of the bean is almost completely lost. Sin! Fortunately, there is an alternative: Specialty Coffee.
