Chestnut cream with AOP vanilla

Chestnuts are of course at the heart of our tradition.   They are all from Ardèche and come from the forests bordering our workshop.   Our gourmet versions will introduce you to exquisite combinations.   Chestnuts, natural vanilla extract, French sugar and spring water from the Ardèche mountains, these are the essential ingredients of our artisanal chestnut creams.   To maintain the authenticity of our recipes, we cook the fruits in traditional copper cauldrons.   We process the fruits as simply as possible to preserve all their flavor.
