Sewing pattern for the Billie changing bag

You always need a big bag to put all your baby's things. 
This bag is very practical with all its pockets: one in the front, 2 on the sides and a large one inside, divided into 2 by a stitching. 
The exterior pockets are elasticated for better support of stored items. 
The bag is entirely padded with wadding stitched on the back of the velvet. 
Still for practicality, it is zipped on the top with a large zipper. 
The interior of the bag is lined with rayon fabric. 
To carry it, 2 ecru cotton handles are attached to the sides.
 This bag measures 45cm long x 18cm wide x 32cm high.
