Organic white spelled flour 1kg

The organic spelled flour from the “Ferme du Bas Roteux” comes from Certisys-certified organic agricultural production and grown on our own land. The previously shelled spelled grain is ground by our own horizontal natural stone mill. Our White flour comes from an extra fine grain sieving which gives it a refined appearance. It is ideal for sauces and all pastries.
