Organic GRAY INTEGRAL spelled flour 1kg

The organic spelled flour from the “Ferme du Bas Roteux” comes from Certisys-certified organic agricultural production and grown on our own land. The previously shelled spelled grain is ground by our own horizontal natural stone mill. Our INTEGRALE GRAY flour comes from a sieving of a medium grain which is perfectly suitable for baking a tasty wholemeal bread.
