Chickpeas with mushrooms

A complete and delicious prepared dish of chickpeas with mushrooms ready to eat. We use a variety of chickpea traditionally grown in the Maragatería region of León. It is a medium-sized, buttery chickpea with a very thin skin and a lot of flavor, coming from dry land.
