Tomato and Garlic Confit Spread

Spread or spread, it is spread on fresh or dry bread, it is dipped with carrot/zucchini/cucumber sticks... hasits own way ! Can also be enjoyed as a bruschetta base! Hmm that taste of candied garlic, okay the breath takes a hit, but it’s worth it! 
All accompanied by a little light rosé from Provence and you find yourself on vacation!
