Wild blueberry coulis La Monédière 210g

The wild blueberries are mixed with fair trade blond cane sugar. The preparation is reheated over low heat, without the bell, for the lowest possible water content. A sieving is carried out in order to obtain a fine and creamy coulis. It can be enjoyed as an accompaniment to desserts (sorbet, fromage blanc, fruit salad ...), yogurt or as a savory accompaniment (goat cheese, tofu, meat ...) Stir before use, keep cool after opening.
