Spent biscuits

The Pintinois are the first sweet biscuits in our range made by an ESAT in Paris, with quality ingredients sourced as close as possible to our place of production (flour from Versailles, artisanal and local beer). For these biscuits we started from the Italian canistrelis biscuits, replacing the white wine with beer. (the alcohol evaporated during cooking). We wanted for these first biscuits a high quality and gourmet biscuit. Establishing a partnership with an ESAT is part of our company's missions.
