Mulled wine spices

Mulled wine is a drink made up of usually red wine and spices and consumed mainly in winter, and sweetened with honey or another sweet product. To infuse in 75 cl or 1 l of red wine, with a sliced orange and a sliced lemon Either a Gamay for a very fruity preparation or a Côte du Rhône for character. Add two spoons of honey. Put on low heat. Drink it hot, at a Christmas market or by the fireplace. Try it also in 75 cl of rum, macerated for a maximum of one week.
