LITHOS ORGANIC olive oil 5 L

Organic olive oil produced in the department of Laconia in the south-east of the Peloponnese near Sparta. This oil is a combination of two varieties of olive trees Athinolia and Koroneiki. These varieties grow on a soil with organic richness renowned for the cultivation of the olive tree and in a favorable climate, at the foot of Mount Taygetos. Scent: Fairly sweet, fragrant and vegetal. Notes of almond and saffron. Taste: Fruity and very sweet, pleasant and light. Oily and fatty taste, round and balanced.
