It has a fresh, herbaceous scent, reminiscent of fennel and liquorice. Usage Tips: Environmental diffusion: pour 2-4 drops of essential oil into the aroma diffuser (electric or with a candle). Food flavoring: add 1-2 drops of essential oil to sauces accompanying fish or meat dishes (mayonnaise, vinaigrette, sour yogurt,...).
