It has a fresh, sweet, floral scent and has a strong relaxing effect. Usage Tips: Room Diffusion: Pour 2-4 drops of essential oil into the aroma diffuser (electric or with a candle) alone or in combination with other relaxing essential oils such as lemon, orange, clary sage or geranium Food aroma: Add a few drops of essential oil to the cake dough to have a pleasant lavender flavor and scent. Scented baths: add 2-3 drops of essential oil to the bath water for a relaxing and anti-stress action Body oils: add a few drops of essential oil to a massage oil, in addition to having a relaxing action it also has a soothing effect.
