Traditionally spicy, we decided to make it accessible to all palates by adding chili but in moderation.     Ideal for coloring your meals both aesthetically and taste-wise, with its unique umami taste you will soon not be able to do without it.     Processed just a stone's throw from Paris, our philosophy is to source as closely as possible and transform our vegetables by hand. The transformation process is 95% by hand.
