Coarse natural sea salt. Obtained from the Salinas de Bras del Port, using traditional production methods. Its only ingredients are seawater Mediterranean Sea and the sun. The salt is produced in crystallisers, after a process of centrifugation, drying and screening. Chopped spicy chili and Argentine chili are added.
