“Classic” soft nougat is made with 20% Ardèche flower honey and 20% almonds.

 The nougat is cooked in our workshop in Vogüé, in Ardèche, in an authentic copper cauldron.

 All our Nougats are made in an artisanal way with 100% ARDECHE honey in our copper cauldrons. We do not use PRESERVATIVES or ADDITIVES
