Here are some examples of use: - add your dry pesto directly to your omelettes, quiches, cakes, pan-fried, or simply to your vinaigrettes - sprinkle your dry pesto on your still hot cereals or legumes (pasta, rice, bulgur, lentils ..) and add olive oil and 1 pinch of salt - mix your dry pesto with a natural yogurt (1 nice cc for 150g of yogurt) with 1 drizzle of olive oil and 1 pinch of salt, and you get an aperitif sauce for your raw vegetables in the blink of an eye! - find the texture of “classic pesto” by adding a little water (1 tsp of dry pesto for 1 tbsp of water), then adding oil (2 tbsp) and 1 pinch of salt.
