Benefiting from an optimal climate and mountainous geology, the coffee plantations extend between 1,100 and 1,300 meters above sea level, providing ideal conditions for the production of exceptional coffees. The 46-hectare farm, certified "Certifica Minas" and affiliated with the BSCA, stands out for the cultivation of varieties such as Yellow Bourbon, Red Bourbon, Yellow Catucai, Yellow Catuai and Acaia.     The history of Sítio da Torre dates back to the 19th century, when Antonio Coli emigrated from Italy to Brazil, importing a coffee heritage passed down from generation to generation until the current team, the fourth generation of this family tradition. Winners of the COE (Cup Of Excellence) 29 times and numerous other competitions dedicated to specialty coffee, the farm produces around 1,500 bags of coffee per year while taking care to preserve the environment. Each harvest, carried out manually, is treated with care, whether by washing / depulping the same day or by natural drying on a patio. All batches of coffee, carefully identified and monitored, are stored at the Cocarive warehouse, thus ensuring total traceability.     In 2019, the farm acquired 30 hectares of land, increasing the total area of Sítio da Torre to 95 hectares. This acquisition, named in honor of Patriarch Paulo Coli, symbolizes the renewal of a plot of land that had been sold out of necessity in 1985. Today, this land, renamed Sítio Paulo Coli, returns to the Sítio da Torre family after 34 years.     As the fourth generation of a lineage dedicated to coffee cultivation, this family's commitment to specialty coffee production has been exemplary since 2002. The symbiosis between man and the environment is the pillar of their approach, ensuring sustainable and high-quality coffee growth.
