The word "Oolong" means "black dragon" and has its origins in a Chinese legend: a planter saw a black dragon emerge from a tea tree whose leaves revealed the woody notes of Oolong tea. Our Oolong Ming N°6 shows how freshness and floral flavor can perfectly complement each other. 

Low in theine, it can be enjoyed throughout the day and even in the evening. Brewing time: 2-3 minutes Temperature: 75-80°C Time of day: all day OOLONG TEA Oolong is a tea with incomplete oxidation (12 to 70%), traditionally made from whole leaves and low in caffeine. 

It is therefore located between black teas, fully oxidized, and non-oxidized green teas. 

It has its origins in the Chinese region of Fujian, where a large number of renowned Oolongs come from. This type of tea is without bitterness and its taste is slightly woody.
