The pistachio tree has been cultivated since prehistoric times; it is a very long-lived tree and can live for more than 300 years as it is resistant to drought and adverse temperatures. The fruit is a drupe inside a thin and hard shell, commonly called "pistachio" which has a bright green color under a purple peel, also for this reason it is also called Green Gold. PISTACHIO CREAM INGREDIENTS: Pistachio 40%, sugar, vegetable oils and fats (sunflower oils), fats (coconut and cocoa), skimmed milk powder, whey powder, sunflower lecithin, flavoring (vanillin). Pistachio origin: EU and non-EU.
