Primitivo - Red wine 2021

Classification: I.G.P.   Red Salento.   Grapes: Primitivo 100%.   Production area: Cellino San Marco (BR), San Pietro Vernotico (BR).   Training system: espalier and sapling (4.500 vines per ha).   Harvest period: first ten days of September.   Vinification: after pressing and destemming, the must remains in maceration with the skins for 6-7 days at a thermo-controlled temperature of 25-26° C.   Refinement: in steel tanks until bottling.
