The vineyard The vineyard of the Maison de Champagne Taittinger extends over 288 hectares of vines and includes 37 different crus. Taittinger is thus the third largest vineyard in Champagne. The entire vineyard is certified in High Environmental Value. Wine Brut Prestige champagne is the result of a blend of around fifty different crus. This non-vintage cuvée contains a large proportion of chardonnay, which makes it a rarity among non-vintage champagnes. Taittinger's Brut Prestige champagne seduces with the frankness of its aromatic expression, its balance, its finesse and its liveliness on the palate. Vinification and aging Taittinger Brut Prestige is aged in cellars for 3 to 4 years in order to acquire full maturity and develop its aromatic potential. Assembly Taittinger Brut Prestige is made from a blend of Chardonnay (40%) and Pinot Noir (60%). Tasting Dress The Brut Prestige Taittinger presents a beautiful brilliant color with a straw yellow color, highlighting the finesse of the string of bubbles and the persistence of the foam. Nose Intensely aromatic, the nose delivers notes of yellow-fleshed fruit and white-fleshed fruit combined with delicious notes of vanilla.
