The real Calisson d'Aix Léonard Parli in an elegant strip of 10 Calissons! Léonard Parli's Calissons d'Aix-en-Provence are made using the same methods since the creation of our House in 1874 from whole almonds, candied melon and candied orange peel, slowly crushed under our old granite rollers. Only the royal icing is tinted with a natural dye, the Calisson flavor remains the same.
