NUT'IN La Dark spread stands out for its exceptional quality and its commitment to premium organic ingredients.   It is carefully made with hazelnuts from Italy and fair trade cocoa powder.  The emphasis is on simplicity and transparency, as it contains only three organic ingredients: 60% hazelnuts, sugar and cocoa powder.   Additionally, it is proudly free of any additives, such as palm oil, sunflower oil, soy lecithin or cocoa butter.

 NUT'IN La Dark goes beyond simple organic requirements by also being certified Organic and Vegan.   It is carefully produced in the company's workshop located in Moselle, in the Grand Est of France.

 The quality of each manufacturing step is ensured through a meticulous process. The hazelnuts are roasted in our workshop according to specific recipes, allowing the character of the spread to be adjusted depending on the degree of roasting. A more intense roasting will give the spread a more pronounced character, while a less intense roasting will soften the bitterness of the hazelnuts.

 Attention to texture is also an essential aspect of the manufacturing process. The spread achieves perfect smoothness thanks to meticulous refining, maintained between 18 and 20 microns.
