The latest gourmet creation in our range, the NUT'IN YaKaTonKa spread, is a unique sensory experience.   It begins with the exquisite base of Nut'In L'Origine, to which we have added vibrant notes of candied orange and the subtle flavor of tonka bean.

 This exquisite delight is meticulously crafted with the highest quality ingredients.    The hazelnuts come from Italy, the cocoa powder comes from fair trade, and we use exclusively organic ingredients.   Additionally, our commitment to responsible manufacturing is reflected in the absence of palm oil and soy lecithin in our recipe.   All of this comes to life in our workshop located in Moselle, in the Grand Est region of France.

 Each of the manufacturing stages is carefully controlled to guarantee an exceptional taste experience: The roasting of nuts is carried out in our laboratory according to our unique recipes.    A more intense roasting gives the spread a pronounced character, while a less intense roasting softens the bitterness of the almonds.

 The smoothness of the paste is obtained through a careful refining process, with a fineness between 18 and 20 microns.    This creates a velvety texture that melts deliciously in the mouth, accentuating the richness of the flavors.
