Green tomato ketchup

The story of this green tomato ketchup began in my garden. The first year that I planted tomatoes there, I had a severe attack of late blight which forced me to quickly come up with an idea for the pounds of green tomatoes that threatened to go to waste. And I remembered a Canadian sauce that had delighted me. We find the sweet and sour of ketchup but in a product made with 80% vegetables and real spices.
