Old-style Meaux mustard is obtained by mixing only the black or brown seeds directly with fine vinegar, water and salt to be roughly crushed and thus preserve the integrity of the seed. Meaux Pommery mustard is a worldwide registered trademark, whose origins date back to 1632. Also available in a 35 g snacking format, ideal for savory breaks or aperitifs. Our manufacturing workshop is located in Crespières, in Yvelines. Our biscuits are guaranteed to be additive-free, coloring-free and preservative-free.
