* NEW * Our Blond Chocolate bar with pure butter biscuit chips is the result of a collaboration with our colleague Chocolatier Jérémy Breuzin. This unique recipe combines the crispiness and delicacy of our biscuit with the sweet caramelized notes of blond chocolate. Blond Chocolate is made from caramelized white chocolate. The process of its manufacture gives white chocolate a shade of brown that is similar to caramel. Store in a dry place, between 15°C and 22°C, protected from light.
