Quince Jelly

During a very beautiful autumn day we went to meet Isabelle and Hugo in Saint Juvat. Isabelle was a saffron producer, retired for a year, we did a lot of markets together! No more arguing about that (yes, yes, I always get angry about stupid things) we made quince jelly.
