The diver's logbook - Season 2022-2023

The diver's logbook is the work that will become essential for all divers. It will include, among other things: AGENDA: weekly from September 2022 to October 31, 2023, 60 anecdotes about the world of scuba diving. DIVE LOG: dive log of 2 dives per day over 60 weeks, my diving challenges for the year, my collection of stamps, my key dates in scuba diving, table of the number of dives achieved during the year. TRAINING NOTEBOOK: swimming pool training sheets. MAINTENANCE BOOK: table of validation of the interviews of the individual diving equipment. HEALTH AND PREVENTION BOOKLET: the diver's ICE or ECU (In Case of Emergency) sheet, the list of hyperbaric chambers in mainland France, the emergency numbers, the Poulpy poster for diver health prevention, the daily record of hydration, physical activity, number of hours of sleep and addictions (tobacco, alcohol...), my health challenges for the year. TRAVEL DIARY: the best times to go diving in around twenty destinations, advice for choosing the right wetsuit according to the water temperature, my luggage lists, the various diving organizations, the equipment authorized by plane. DIVE SITES: 370 dive sites distributed in 21 geographical areas, GPS coordinates and indications of minimum and maximum depths. PRACTICAL: the Sports Code on the exercise of underwater diving and its appendices.
