Our AMERICAN CURRY blend is a subtle combination of curry and the sweetness of caramelized onions and smoked paprika. This blend is different from traditional curry blends, which are used in Indian and Asian cooking, as it contains ingredients more suited to American tastes. Both complex and balanced, our blend brings warm, delicately aromatic, sweet and smoky notes. The curry brings an earthy, slightly spicy flavor, the roasted onions add a sweet, caramelized note, while the smoked paprika brings a smoky, slightly sweet flavor.
