It is a chili noted 8/11, therefore relatively spicy. We limited ourselves to 1% on this version. Take the best of artichoke, hearts, add a little red penis, some devil's hair to decorate your appetizer sandwiches, and you will get the most offbeat artichoke from the "Les Petits Potins" range. A very creamy structure, raised just the right amount at the end of the palate. And then, having tested it at several shows, a delight for girls' nights, this has been confirmed to us by our buyers.
