Fleur de Sel Camargue 80g

This Fleur de sel comes from a saltworks in the Camargue in the south of France. It is recognizable by its pink color due to the concentration of pink micro-prawns on which flamingos in the Camargue feed. These crystals have the particularity of having a pronounced iodine taste.
