Aging on lees then in stainless steel vats. Terroir: Loamy-clayey sand, shale, limestone. Tasting: The robe is limpid, brilliant, golden yellow. The nose is intense. Aeration brings out notes of citrus fruits, kumquat then becomes more complex: with floral notes (elderberry and orange blossom), notes of fresh anise, pear and almond up to a perception of candy slightly acidulous. On the palate, the attack is frank and on a slight sweetness. Citrus aromas mingle with sweet floral notes. The finish is frank and refreshing, carried by light zesty but delicate bitterness. A vintage full of balance, both full-bodied and full of finesse. Ideal: To be enjoyed in good company as an aperitif, or to accompany a seafood platter or with grilled fish, Mediterranean specialties, a creamy risotto or with Brie de Meaux.
