pine bud vinegar & fir honey

• A vinegar for those who do not like the too acidic sensation. All the velvetiness of pine enhanced by fir honey. What happiness in the mouth. - In vinaigrette with a good sweet olive oil preferably. Ingredients: Alcohol vinegar, infusion of pine buds picked, by me, in the early morning. Long maceration, blending with 5% fir honey & aging in oak barrels for at least 12 months.
